The above MMD Model Data are created as fan fiction to be used with MikuMikuDance(MMD) only.
Since they are not tested on other similar 3D animation programs, you may experience some problems with other programs.
The MMD Model Data do not have any affliation with the original product and the copyright owner.

Do not pretend to be the creator of the MMD Model Data.
Private Trading and Public Trading of the MMD Model Data is strictly prohibited.

上記のモデルは各作品のキャラクターをモチーフに、個人が趣味としてMikuMikuDance（以下MMD）用モデルとして作成したものです。
原作・版権元・公式とは一切関係はございません。
使用規約をお読み頂き、内容に全て同意できる場合のみ、モデルをご使用下さい。
モデルを使用して発生したいかなる問題・損失等に対して、モデル作成者は一切責任を負いません。
モデルの使用は自己責任でお願いいたします。
使用規約の内容は予告なく変更する場合があります。
モデルを使用する際には最新の利用規約に従って下さい。

■モデル使用にあたり禁止していること
モデルデータをダウンロードする際に必要なパスワードを公開すること。
再配布（改造の有無は問わず）。
誹謗中傷目的で使用すること。
政治や特定の思想・宗教的プロパガンダに使用すること。
版権元・原作のイメージを著しく損なう表現。
使用者が直接金銭利益を得る為に使用する事。
このモデルの一部をすげ替え・流用して作成したモデルの配布。
※ボーン移植はＯＫ。
■その他
モデル使用前に同梱の別テキスト「モデル使用時の注意点」を読んで頂き、内容をご理解の上でモデルをご使用下さい。
恋愛・性的・暴力・グロ表現は原作中で表現されている範囲内に留めて下さい。
※線引きは個人で判断して下さい。
モデルはMMD上での使用を前提として作成しています。
MMD/MMM以外のツール・コンテンツでの使用・制作をしたい場合、また、使用・制作について判断に迷った場合はモデル作成者にご相談下さい。
尚、MMD以外のツールで読み込んだ場合の表示や動作に不具合が起きても、モデル作成者は対応できません。

海外ユーザーとの関わりでお悩みの方へ少しでも助けになればと思い、ダンテモデルに添付している英語版利用規約の文章を一部公開します。
実際の規約には英文のみを載せています。
英文は友人に書いてもらいました。利用規約や動画説明文など、参考にするなり改変するなりまるっとコピペするなりご自由にお使い下さい。
これ以外の文章はつだしげさんのブログ（http://2hige.blog.fc2.com/）で公開されている英文を使用させていただいています。
英語の規約をつけたからといって、違反やトラブルを必ず回避・防止できるものではないです。
そこは国内と同じ事だと思います。

ダンテモデルVer0.1の使用について
おはこんにばんは。
Devil May Cryのダンテモデルを作成・配布をしている者です。
モデルを使っていただいた動画・静止画を楽しく拝見させていただいております。ありがとうございます＾＾
今回はダンテモデルVer0.1の使用について以前から気になっていることがありまして、お願いとして少し書かせていただきます。
Ver0.1には握り拡散ボーンが入っています。実はこれが原因でモーションによっては指の挙動がおかしくなることがあります。
おそらくボーンの設定がなにかおかしいのだと思うのですが、今のところ特定ができておりません。
そもそもは自分が動画を作る際に使用したモーションが握り拡散必須であったため追加し、その時点では問題ないと認識していましたので、握り拡散を入れたままにして配布しておりました。
そのような訳ですので現行モデルの握り拡散が入っていないVer0.3を使っていただけますでしょうか、よろしくお願いいたします。

握り拡散を削除すれば解決するのですが、先に述べたボーンの設定がなにかおかしいためなのか、削除プラグインを使っても一発で削除ができないのです。（いくつかの手順を踏んでからプラグイン実行で一部のボーン以外は削除が可能になるところまでは突き止めましたがこれ以上検証すんのめんｄ）
また手動で削除した場合ボーンの親子関係をひとつづつ修正しなければならず、ものすごくとてもめんどくさかったです（実話）。
お手数ですがVer0.1をご使用の方でこの記事を見ましたら、ご対応いただけますとありがたいです。
