英語版利用規約の文章を公開します
海外ユーザーとの関わりでお悩みの方へ少しでも助けになればと思い、ダンテモデルに添付している英語版利用規約の文章を一部公開します。
実際の規約には英文のみを載せています。
英文は友人に書いてもらいました。利用規約や動画説明文など、参考にするなり改変するなりまるっとコピペするなりご自由にお使い下さい。
これ以外の文章はつだしげさんのブログ（http://2hige.blog.fc2.com/）で公開されている英文を使用させていただいています。
英語の規約をつけたからといって、違反やトラブルを必ず回避・防止できるものではないです。
そこは国内と同じ事だと思います。
ご使用は自己責任・判断でお願いします。
ちなみに私自身は英語はさっぱりわかりませんが、英文の記述等内容についての突っ込みなどありましたらお願いします。友人にその旨伝えます←

このファイルと同梱されているデータは、株式会社CAPCOM制作のゲーム「Devil May Cry」のキャラクター・ダンテをモチーフに個人が趣味としてMikuMikuDance（以下MMD）用モデルとして作成したものです。
"Enclosed MMD Model Data is modeled on "Dante", the character of "Devil May Cry" produced by Capcom Co., Ltd.."
"This data is personally made as a hobby for using with MikuMikuDance(MMD)."
利用規約の内容は予告なく変更する場合があります。
"Information in this txt file is subject to change without notice."
モデルを使用する際には最新の利用規約に従って下さい。
"Please follow the latest rules in using this MMD Model Data."
本モデルデータの再配布は改造の有無を問わず一切禁止です。
"Do not re-distribute this MMD Model Data whether or not the model is altered."
本モデルデータの一部をすげ替え・流用して作成したモデルの配布は一切禁止です。
"Do not re-distribute any MMD Model Data with any parts taken from this model."
本モデルデータの作者を騙ること。あるいは作者の言葉を騙ることは禁止です。
"Do not pretend to be the modeler of this model."
本モデルデータを政治・宗教的プロパガンダに使用することは禁止です。
"Do not use this model for political and/or religious propaganda operations."
版権元・原作のイメージを著しく損なう表現は禁止です。
"Do not use this model for expressions that greatly ignores the image of the original product and the copyright owner."
恋愛・暴力・グロ表現は原作中で表現されている範囲内でお願いします。
"You are permitted to use this model for sexual, erotic, romantic, violent, and/or grotesque scenes to the extent that are expressed in the original product."
このモデルはMetasequoiaでモデリングし、MMD上での使用を前提として作成しています。
MMD以外のソフトで読み込んだ場合の表示や動作に不具合が起きても、モデル作成者は対応できません。
"This MMD model data is created with the 3D modeling software "Metasequoia" for use with MikuMikuDance software."
"The model creator will not provide any supports, if you use this model with other softwares and have any troubles."
もし、上記の利用規約への違反が確認された場合、モデル製作者の判断により、使用した作品やアップロードデータの削除及び使用の中止を要求する場合があります。
また、モデルの配布を中止する場合があります。
"If you make and upload something agaist these rules, I may request you to remove it and to stop using this model."
"I may also stop distribute this model data."
