This agreement is applied to the following MMD Model data.

Dante (the character of "Devil May Cry", produced by Capcom Co., Ltd..)
Shusei Kagari (the character of "PSYCO-PASS",produced by Production I.G., Inc.)

The above MMD Model Data are created as fan fiction to be used with MikuMikuDance(MMD) only.

Since they are not tested on other similar 3D animation programs, you may experience some problems with other programs.

The MMD Model Data do not have any affliation with the original product and the copyright owner.

Do not share the download password for the MMD Model Data.

Do not pretend to be the creator of the MMD Model Data.

Private Trading and Public Trading of the MMD Model Data is strictly prohibited.

Do not re-distribute the MMD Model Data whether or not the model is edited.

Do not use the MMD Model Data for political and/or religious propaganda operations.

Do not use the MMD Model Data for expressions that may damage the image of the original product and the copyright owner.

No Commercial Use (in ANY format, whether digital or in print) Allowed.

You are permitted to edit and/or change (colors, figures, morphs, rigid bodies, joints and bones of)
the MMD Model, but the edited MMD Model should be recognizable as the original characters.
That means you can not edit these MMD Model to create another character Model.

You are permitted to use the MMD Model Data for sexual, erotic, romantic, violent,
and/or gore scenes to the extent that are expressed in the original product.

The MMD Models Data are created with the 3D modeling software "Metasequoia" for use with MikuMikuDance software.
The model creator will not provide any supports, if you use the Model Data with other softwares and have any troubles.
